Team Registration – Baron’s Hockey Tournament

Thank you for your interest in registering for the Baron’s Hockey Tournament!
We’re excited to welcome adult hockey teams for our annual March event, held across Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. Below is everything you need to know to secure your spot.

Tournament Overview

  • Registration Fee: $825 per team (USD)

  • Guaranteed: 3 games minimum per team

  • Team Limit: Up to 56 teams total

  • Divisions: Five age brackets

  • Extras: Each player receives a commemorative tournament T-shirt

  • Social Event: All teams are invited to the Saturday night gathering — a great chance to unwind and celebrate the weekend

How to Register

  1. Click the “Pay Now” button below to submit your team’s registration fee online (credit card preferred).

  2. After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete our registration form. Provide your team name, roster, contact info, age bracket, and jersey colors.

  3. Once both payment and form are received, you’ll get a confirmation email with your division placement and next steps.

  4. Watch for game schedules, rink assignments, and maps as the tournament date approaches.

⚠️ Important Policies & Deadlines

  • Late cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee if you cancel prior to February 6, 2026. A refund of $725 will be issued.
    If you cancel after February 6, there is NO refund.

  • Registration is first-come, first-served. Once all team spots are filled, additional teams will be placed on a waitlist.

  • Teams must meet the age bracket requirements for their division (e.g., 21+, 30+, 40+, 50+).

  • All jerseys must have visible numbers; a light and dark set is recommended.

  • Payment options: Credit card (online)
